Please review these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using LankaSellers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to LankaSellers ("LankaSellers", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LankaSellers website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

Our Service connects high-potential Sri Lankan professionals with North American SaaS and technology companies by providing a platform for talent enablement and sales execution. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of LankaSellers or others.
    • Disrupting or interfering with the security or operation of the Service.
    • Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LankaSellers and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sri Lanka and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LankaSellers.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant LankaSellers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purposes of operating and providing the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
